"As LSUA moved into offering courses and degrees online, this endowed professorship gave me the opportunity to assist our students in successfully transitioning into the online format.   By setting up the Online Orientation consistent with the format of an online course, we were able to provide our students with a useable process which in turn lead to skills and knowledge necessary  for anyone taking an online class.  I owe a debt of gratitude to Teresa Seymour for her expertise and assistance in establishing this program.   I am particularly pleased with the comments we have received from students upon completion of the orientation.  They have been overwhelmingly positive and affirming."
