On Wednesday, LSUA and the LSUA Foundation surprised Kendall Powell, a senior at Holy Savior Menard High School, with a plaque and baloons celebrating her recognition as a Mulder Scholar.  

As the incoming student recipient of the Mulder Scholarship, Kendall receives a full rie scholarship convering tuition, fees, books, housing, and meal plan.
